Accommodation

There are no hotels in close vicinity of the conference venue. Participants are responsible for their room reservation. The City of Ljubljana can be fairly busy during the time the conference will be held so we advise participants to make their reservations as soon as possible.

The following hotels have made blocks of rooms available for reservation for conference participants. For information on other acommodation options please visit Ljubljana Tourism.

Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons

The Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons is 4-star hotel outside the city center. The conference venue is a 20-minute walk away from the hotel, though be aware that there is a narrow section of the road without any sidewalks. The hotel will be offering special prices for conference participants. Reservations can be made here. A block of rooms is reserved until October 2, 2015.

Hotel Emonec

Hotel Emonec is a 3-star hotel in the city center. Participants can travel to the conference venue by foot (45 minutes) or by using public transport. Inquiries and reservations can be made by contacting hotelemonec@siol.net - be sure to include the keyword "ISSEP 2015" in the subject line. A block of rooms is reserved until August 20.

Pri Mraku Hotel

The Pri Mraku Hotel is a smaller 3-star hotel in the city center. Participants can travel to the conference venue by foot (40 minutes) or by using public transport. For reservations use the following form and send it to hotelmrak@daj-dam.si. Include the keywords "ISSEP 2015 No. 90921" in the subject. A block of 6 rooms is reserved until September 1.
