Organization
The conference is organized by the Faculty of computer and information science of the University Ljubljana. In case of any questions contact the organizing commitee at info@issep15.fri.uni-lj.si

Early registration
Early registration prices for regular and student packages are available until August 28, 2015.
For teachers the early registration prices are available until September 11, 2015.

| 1 Students need to provide an admission certificate. |
| 2 Valid for primary and secondary school teachers. Teachers need to provide a certificate of their service. |
| 3 The first 200 Slovenian teachers can register free of charge. |
All packages include:
- Lunches on the respective days of the conference.
- Coffee breaks on the respective days of the conference.
- Attendance to all sessions.
- Access to the conference proceedings.
The regular and student registration packages also include:
- Participation in the social events of the conference.
- The LNCS proceedings.
Additional costs:
- Extra ticket for the welcome reception: 35 EUR.
- Extra ticket for the conference dinner: 50 EUR.
- Extra copy of LNCS proceedings: 35 EUR.
- Extra lunch: 10 EUR.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. Refund of registration fees will be made as follows.
- Cancellation received by September 18, 2015 - full refund less 40 EUR handling fee.
- Cancellation received thereafter - no refund.
Privacy policy
In registering for the ISSEP Conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list. The participant list will include the participant's first name, surname, institution and country of origin. Participants are responsible for advising ISSEP if they do not wish to have their information included in the conference participant list. All the collected information will be solely used by the ISSEP 2015 organizing committee and will not be shared with any third parties.
